Welcome to your Support Network

When you have a loved one struggling with addiction, life’s challenges can feel overwhelming – but you don’t have to face them alone.  Whether you’re seeking information, guidance, or a safe space to talk, we’re here to help.

Our services are designed to meet you where you are, offering practical resources and compassionate support for individuals and families affected by addiction.  From quick answers online to personalised counselling, we provide options that fit your needs and your pace.

Need someone to talk to?

  • Our call-in service offers information, support, and education.
  • Speak with a qualified counsellor or nurse.
  • We’ll provide guidance and next steps—sometimes a single call is all you need. If you’d like more help, we can connect you with specialised counselling.

Individual Counselling

  • We can provide up to 12 sessions with a fully qualified counsellor experienced in drug and alcohol support.
  • Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly.
  • Before starting, we’ll have an initial call to understand your needs and match you with the right counsellor.
If this feels like it would be helpful for you, please complete the form below and we will be in touch.
